CLASI associates have 28+ years of experience administering all types of commercial & residential real estate projects including multi-family, land acquisition & development, builder lines of credit, and large commercial construction projects (hotels, special purpose facilities, retail centers, investor real estate).  In addition, to "performing" credits, CLASI works in partnership with bank's special asset units to work through troubled real estate issues, partially completed construction projects, and other non-performing land development/builder credits.
